Printing & Shipping

Where our books come from
All of our books are printed on demand and shipped from our supplier in the US, UK and Australia. Because of this, there may be a 1-2 week wait before your order is shipped. However, because of the location of our printer, we are able to ensure faster delivery times to our international customers who would otherwise be waiting for shipping from Australia. 

COVID delays
Due to the unpredictable and ongoing COVID pandemic, the printing and shipping times of your order may vary. Please allow 2-3 weeks for domestic orders (US, UK & Australia) and anywhere from 3-12 weeks for international orders (depending on proximity to shipping facility and your country's postal service, not taking into account any further COVID delays). 

Shipping
Tracked shipping is only available in the US (all orders) and Australia (select orders) at this time. If you do not receive a tracking number with your order confirmation, this sadly means one is not available. We understand that waiting for our books can be frustrating, as you really want to read them. Please keep in mind that we are a very small team and we are doing our best to get our books to you in a timely manner.

Updates
As of August 10, 2021 there is an approximate 10 business day wait on printing for all US orders. We will remove this notice once the printing time has reduced to 3-5 days. 

Major delays in the lead up to Christmas
Due to factors outside of our control there will be printing, shipping and delivery delays in the lead up to Christmas as demand increases.
